Basic allowance
Your event will not be interrupted
Basic includes 100 song requests per calendar month. Exceeding this allowance does not interrupt your current event; the limit takes effect the following day at 08:00 Berlin time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Your account shows the available change and cancellation options for each plan.
Does Basic include Chatwall?
No. Chatwall, the shared guest hub, archives and analytics depend on your chosen plan.
Is there access for a single event?
Yes. The Enterprise day pass unlocks all features for 24 hours.
