Per A4 sheet: one A4 sign, two A5 signs (rotated to landscape) or four A6 table cards.
Print settings: A4, portrait and 100% / actual size. Turn off margins, headers and footers.

A small A6 card for the table. Depending on your plan and settings, your code opens song requests or the shared guest hub.
3D-printed table signs
