A few quick answers.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. The QR code opens the request form directly in their browser. Guests don't need their own CrowdFlow account.
Can guests send me unlimited messages?
You start the conversation. Each time you reply, the guest can send up to two short messages.
What's included in the free plan?
Basic includes 100 song requests a month, song search, voting, advance requests and PDF export of the live list. If you reach the limit during an event, guests can keep using it for the rest of the night until 08:00.
What happens when I decline a payment?
A payment still on hold is released. You can refund amounts already captured. The guest's bank also determines when the change appears in their account.
Where do guests see my reply?
Alongside their own song requests. New replies also appear as a notification when they return to the form.
