How CrowdFlow Live works
Set up CrowdFlow for your event: from the QR code on the table to a look through the archive the next day.
Ready in four steps
Your guests don’t need an app or an extra account.
Display name & design
Choose the name shown on guest pages and select Midnight, Clear or Champagne.
Choose a QR code
Use a permanent QR code for printed material or a daily access link for the current night.
Guests join in
After scanning, guests send their song request or message straight from their browser.
Manage requests and messages
Read requests, pin songs that fit and approve messages for Chatwall. After the night, you can analyse the requests.

Guests enter their name, artist and song; a comment is optional. Spotify suggestions help them find the right track.

Collect requests before the event
Create the event in advance and share its link. The first requests go into a separate list.
Create event
Set a name, date and optional expiry date. Each event gets its own link and QR code.
Prepare the advance request list
Take your time to review requests before the celebration. Later, move them into the live list or the archive.
Keep track of your events
Manage active, inactive and archived events separately, and sort them by date or status.
Which QR code should I use?
Use the permanent code for reusable table cards. For the current night, you can use a daily code.

You set the rules
Edit, approve or reject messages. Word filters and temporary device blocks help deal with disruptive posts.

Set fonts, sizes, colours, spacing, rotation interval, banners and background images with a live preview.
Learn from past nights
With Archiv or Enterprise, organise saved requests and spot popular songs and recurring patterns.
Folders and song list
Create subfolders, filter by date range and sort the deduplicated song list by artist, title or genre.
Spot trends
Compare top songs, artists, genres, song age, times of day, days of the week and request trends.
Take the results with you
Download folders as PDFs and charts individually or together to help plan your next events.

Design and notices
Choose a design for both guest forms. Write separate notices for song requests and Chatwall, and choose when they appear. Turning a notice off keeps its text saved.
Extra button
Add your own link to the song request form if needed, for tips, a website or more event information.
Requests with an extra contribution
